Device Info is a small Windows app for company laptops. One click checks everything a person needs to start working and gives a clear answer: ready, or exactly what to fix.
It looks at the things that usually go wrong on a Monday morning: whether the account is active and the password is about to expire, whether the VPN is connected and company resources can be reached, how good the connection is, and whether the laptop itself is healthy.
When something is wrong, the person sees it in plain words instead of an error code, and the support team gets a clean report they can act on straight away. Problems are solved faster, and many tickets are never opened at all.
It runs on more than 16,000 computers. It needs no admin rights, collects no data, keeps a short history of recent checks, follows the system’s light or dark mode and stays quietly in the tray until someone needs it.
