Device Info is a local-first Windows utility built internally for Prysmian and deployed across more than 30,000 corporate machines. It runs without admin rights and tells a user or an IT technician whether a machine is ready for work.
It checks domain identity and Active Directory status, VPN tunnel state, internal resource reachability, hardware health, network quality, Windows Defender status and server-specific diagnostics.
Instead of asking users to run commands and read adapters by hand, it centralises the key troubleshooting signals into one clean interface and exports a formatted report or JSON, cutting a whole class of support tickets.
