Helpdesk & NOC Operator · Prysmian

Frontline support and network monitoring for Prysmian's global teams. I automate the repetitive work (one internal tool lifted a team KPI by 15 percent), run maintenance windows and AP or switch provisioning, and own the L1 and L2 runbooks.

Founder & CEO · TRK Web Design

My own web and e-commerce studio. I take clients from the first call to launch: custom Shopify and WordPress builds with real payment integrations, handled end to end.

Video Game Tester · Ubisoft

QA on shipping game titles. I ran detailed test plans, filed precise and reproducible bug reports in Jira, and brought new testers up to speed on the methodology.
